Today was the annual church picnic for our new church home. It is a large church for such a small town just over 1000 in attendance each weekend. This is a very kid centered church with great youth groups and activities. It showed at the picnic which right after the baptisms at the river turned into a kid carnival of fun. Lillian had a blast.
The service today was very emotional, 6 of the 80 people being baptized got on stage to give their testimonies. Normally every person that gets baptized gives a testimony but obviously with 80 people you would be there all day. I have given up wearing mascara to church and today it was a really good thing.
We enjoyed a nice lunch and then we were off to the fun and games, here are a few pictures of Lillian enjoying her 'paaarrtttEY" as she told her sunday school teacher. It was so cute the lady came up to me and said during service today Lillian kept telling us when her mom got back she was going to a PARTY all exaggerated and excited. To hear her say it is adorable.
